Your PayPal receipt has a six character word (in capital letters) after the Item Number. 

1. Find that word on your receipt before going on to the next step. The next step requires that you click on a link and then you will be directed to a new page which will request a password. 
2. The six character word is the password (it is case-sensitive)
3. Click here to enter the password (in capital letters) that leads to a page with the link to download the templates.
